Welcome to the website of JoliGood Services. By accessing our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and are bound by all applicable laws and regulations. The site and its original content, features, and services are owned by JoliGood Services and are protected by international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights laws. 

 

  • JoliGood operates under strict policies and procedures in order to protect staff and clients at all times. For legal reasons, all agreements are legally bound through a contract in which both the service provider (JoliGood) and the client are required to sign. There is a break clause in your contract which states that we require 2 weeks notice of a regular clean cancellation. 

  • Receipts are available upon request for cash payments though we encourage our clients to make secure payments online and always in advance. This can be weekly in advance, fortnightly or monthly. 

  • Cancellations made over 24 hours in advance of a booked service will be fully refunded however we reserve the right to keep 50% should you cancel within 24 hours of a booking. The remaining funds will be either refunded or you can use this as credit towards a future clean. Please always specify which.

  •   entitled to two weeks paid holidays in which you will agree upon once singing up with JoliGood. We will always substitute your regular cleaner when they are away if you still require cleaning for a period in which your regular cleaner is away. Clients should specify in advance whether or not they will still need cleaning for holiday absences. 

  • Our cleaners must be with you for at least 6 months of regular cleaning before they are entitled two weeks paid holiday. (Per year)

  • Complaints are taken very seriously at JoliGood and whilst we have not had to deal with any we are prepared to do so. We require an e-mail in regards to the nature of the complaint with as much detail as possible, Investigations will be carried out promptly. Within 48 hours of your complaint, we will get back to you with our findings.

  • All cleaners will have public liability insurance 

  • All cleaners will have experience and must be rated 10/10 in references

  • JoliGood charges a fee between 20-25% per hour rate. Our prices are slightly higher because they are inclusive of us providing eco-friendly cleaning products to our cleaners. As the cleaner you will be paid the rest which will always be at least £10pph.

  • All end of tenancy bookings require a 50% deposit in order to secure your booking. The remaining balance is then paid after your service has been completed.

  • Providing inaccurate information to lower your quote will forfeit any satisfaction guarantee you hold with us. It is at the discretion of our staff to refuse any task that were not purposely stated at the time of booking. Additional costs may apply.

  • End of tenancy inspections must be carried out within 48 hours of your service, contacting us after this period for any errors with your cleaning will not be dealt with. Please ensure your cleaning and inspection are carried out alongside each other.

  • We require all errors with cleaning to be sent to us at JoliGoodservices@gmail.com Please include photographic evidence and please ensure you are within the correct timeframe. Refunds/ corrections will only be considered within 48 hours of your service. 

  • By proceeding with JoliGood you agree to the above terms. Any legal disputes will reference the content of our terms, by proceeding you are legally bound by these.
